The "Perfect-Door" structure is built with a solid tubular steel system on which we weld two benches at the top.
All the parts in contact with other components are milled and ground on CNC machine tools and then the whole structure is subjected to a heat treatment to eliminate all the stresses accumulated during the various phases of work, only in this way is it possible to obtain the maximum quality and precision of work.
Depending on the configuration of the Perfect-Door line, it is possible to produce 1.3 to 3 doors per minute.
