The company 3REngineering has manufactured a unique and innovative machine for the assembly of drawers, flexible for a great variety of sizes and types, starting from the mechanized strips, the mdf bottoms and the fronts with regatta and pins, with the possibility of the assembly of the guides in automatic.
The innovation of this machine is the possibility of introducing it into an automatic line as a through machine that performs all its work phases without downtime, allowing a very high assembly speed of 8/9 drawers per minute, controlled by a single operator.
The machine is completely automatic, it has 30 electronic axes controlled by cnc to favour the change of measurements in the shortest time possible (from 15 to 20 seconds for a total change of measurement), managed by the software of the touch computer. It includes the loaders for the back and front panels and also an automatic unloading system of the already mounted drawers directed to the machine that inserts the guides. The guides are accumulated in loaders which, through an automatic clamping and pressing system, mount the guides on the sides of the drawer without the need for operator intervention.
